I know that you will not update this model to Android 10, but I have a question:
When may be a little flash update to have led notification colors unlocked ???
....BV9700 Pro has it unlocked. Also, I flashed BV9600E on Lineage 17 and I can have it unlocked and can use LED notifications colours manager aplications.
Can you update this little error ???

Also, you can flash BLISS ROM 14.2 using Android 11.
I have flash it, and runs perfectly. Very fast, and no hardware problems.
Only the camera app is very poor, but you can install another one.
The LED notifications app (I try using 3 app), also runs perfect, and can use RED, GREEN and BLUE colours on phone LED to alert anything.
System location (GPS) runs very fast, and exactly.
NFC also runs OK
Bluetooth runs also very fine.
... on this ROM, you can root phone whatever you want using Magisk.

There is another Android 11 AOSP firmware that runs PERFECT, stable, and right on my BV9600E.
It is CAOS 11 (The official firmware forum site: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/offi ... 1.4265059/ )
Also, there is another Android 11 proyect from the same creator. It is LiR (forum link: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/unof ... r.4237683/ ) which is very similar to CAOS 11, and you can change flash updates between them.
You must decide: CAOS or LiR !!!!
I give you 2 links to proceed to update to CAOS (is all that you must need to update it):
