Please provide full list of software releases for bv9600 pro what you are ever made. Also please add descriptions of which features are added and which bugs are fixed.

I have the BV9600PRO_V1.1_20190430V57_20190430-1522 version and I'm waiting for the promised Android 9

... but you can flash Lineage or Havoc ROMs to have Android 10. Lineage is now working on Android 11 (there are many Beta ROMs).
There are many tutorials explaining how to flash : you must decide.
