NFC doesn't work at all on my bv9600 pro. NFC enabled in settings, Android Beam also active. After the correct setting of the payment card in the application of my bank, the smartphone does not respond to card readers in stores. After applying to the second phone with NFC turned on, no reaction from both sides. The smartphone was bought new 3 months ago in the official Blackview store for Europe. Android 8.1, a day ago uploaded with a cable, the latest compilation BV9060Pro_S700_V1.1_20190430V57. After uploading the new software, NFC still does not work. Do you have any ideas?

Hello, it just can support to pay and transfer files, such as pics and videos.

For me, contactless payments are enough, but unfortunately they do not work with the correct configuration. File transfer also does not work, when applied to a second smartphone (Motorola) with enabled and correctly set NFC, there is no reaction on any of the devices. Everything else with the phone is fine. What could be wrong??

Hello, after discussing with engineer, they said it's the NFC problem and please contact them to get one new NFC, this is the email: support02@blackview.hk.
