BV9600 PRO Speaker problems

Hi everyone.  A few days ago my BV9600 PRO speaker seems to be dead.

It doesn't react to anything and i don't know how to fix it.

What can i do?

Is ay USSD code to check all functions and see if there is a conection problem that may be fixed?

Hello, may I know where did you purchase this phone? Did it get hit or fall?

Hi! I've bought it in Amazon, 26.04.2019.

And nope, it didn't get hitted or falled.

Hi,
you may repair by calibration PA from text menu.
Create phone call to number *#87#
Choose "smart PA calibration" (in last row)
Do calibration and enjoy.
