BV 9600 Pro locked me out - Says Wrong Pattern

I have loved the phone up to this point, but now I can't get in my phone. I have changed nothing and when I do fingerprint scan it says pattern needed for extra security. The pattern I always use and has always worked now says incorrect pattern!! So I have a smart phone that I can't do anything with.... Please, please somebody help me ASAP!

Did you tray to reboot your phone?
