Hi.
If your bv9600 pro is not Android 9 now, it can not updated to Android 9.
By the way, the latest bv9600 pro is Android 9 system.

A year ago I bought the BV9600 PRO P60 and it was promised that in the spring of 2019 it will get Android 9. Unfortunately, BV has other plans and we will not see a new system, especially Android 10.

By buying it he was supposed to get an update to 9 in spring 2019. I feel cheated !
