Bluetooth not stable with my car

Hello,

A couple of months ago I bought a BV9600/pro. Everything works fine with the exception of the Bluetooth function when connected to my car. I have a Toyota Hilux 2018 and I didn't have any problem with my old phone. The problem with the BV9600 is that the Bluetooth is not stable. Sometimes it goes on and off for several minutes before starting to work. The most unstable feature is the media device. In case I want to listen some music with my phone through the Bluetooth I have to wait a lot of time and when I am lucky I can use it, when not it doesn't work at all.
Toyota service team is blaiming the phone.....
Can you help?

Thanks
Chris

I have a similar experience with my bv9600 pro v1 with Android 8.1.0, I got from Amazon last May.
I tryed to connect it to my Toyota auris hybrid; After several attempts I got a stable connection only after clearing  all data of Bluetooth application once a week. Now I have a new toyota ch-r and I cannot be able to connect the phone to the car anymore: the Bluetooth application crashes and restart continuosely. Is there any fix planned in the next future?

Thank you,

Davide

Reduce AVRCP to version 1.3 in Developer Options. That worked for me.
