Trying to get info on WiFi calling on BV 9600 Pro will it work if I use a provider that supports WiFi calling or is the phone not capable of this function?

My provider supports Wifi calling - I checked some months ago! And on this forum an admin confirmed the phone is capable of this function... But I do not find anything in the settings to activare it!
