quick installation guide for android_9 on bv9600Pro / revision_1 (helio P60):

install using SP_Flash_Tool in "firmware / upgrade" mode ( necessarily mode select "firmware / upgrade" otherwise you’ll lose nvram)
after installing the software, disconnect the cable from the smartphone but do not turn it on
in SP_Flash_Tool we charge "MT6771_Android_scatter.txt" which is located in the "Fix_start" folder (this folder is in the root of the main folder)
Flashing the "preloader" block in the normal "Download Only" mode
Only after that we turn on the smartphone and rejoice android_9, on which everything works on helio P60/revision_1
The only inconvenience awaits you is the red characters in the upper corner of the screen
To remove them you need to unlock the bootloader! After unlocking, the hieroglyphs will disappear automatically!
If you do not understand what I wrote, then do nothing with your smartphone! all actions are strictly at your own peril and risk!

Do you have a download link for the original P60 stock ROM, especially the scatter file?
It should be a good idea to save the P60 version about a full read back. After this exist a copy of nvram partition.
What is the reason for the second reflash of preloader?

revision 1): bv9600Pro (P60 / "mt6771v/c") android_8.1
revision 2): bv9600Pro (P60 / "mt6771v/c") android_9.0
revision 3): bv9600Pro (P70 / "mt6771t") android_9.0
The software between the first and second revisions is 98% compatible. The only difference is in the modem! (Mobile connection)
Therefore, installing software not from its revision, mobile communications will not work! everything else works!
The third revision appeared recently and official firmware is not yet available for free!
