LIST OF BUGS still present at 2019-09-13 (Y/M/D)

Hi

We are waiting a bug fixes release for the BV9600 pro, these are the bugs that I know :
  • Autostart of application : Many APPs does not start automatically. Some are started automatically like Whatsapp, Telegram, but for many others I need to start them manually like Prey, Safe Kids, AccuBattery, Calls Blacklist, Family Locator, Outlook.....
  • In the statistics for the Battery the APP list is missing.
  • The 5GHz Wi-Fi is not working well. The 2.4GHz is OK
The Firmware release that my phone is running is the BV9600Pro_S700_V1.1_20190430V57
If you have different bugs, please add them here with a very short description.

1. The app will not automatically be started, you can receive the notification if you do not clean the background. You can add the app in [White List], then you can receive notification after you cleaned the background.
2. There no Battery app on the phone because of the design of Android 8.1. 
3. 5GH WLAN is not strong while there is a war penetration, it is better without wall penetration

I have a problem with the usb socket. I get a lot of dirt there and I have to watch. Maybe you would come up with a blank?

For the first issue I have already checked the following configuration  :

  • White List Auto clean : DISABLED
                   Image

  • For one of the APP that is not started automatically, i.e. Outlook
              App data usage Background data : ENABLED

              Battery optimization is set as in this way

If you want to check this issue just install one the APP that I have listed and verify yourself.

For the second issue : there is no possibility to know which APPlication is "eating too fast" the battery. AccuBattery APP give us ALL of these information.

For the third issue, the check has been done at one meter from the Router, the signal is unstable (goes away for 5 to many seconds, then it comes back ...) ; with same router using other devices I have no problem.

Blackview develops very well its products.

BUT VERY VOID IN SERVICE AFTER SALE

Now we require ANDROID 10

I have spent € 449 buying it in Spain. We will not receive Android 9. Do you think that we will receive Android 10 ????

You can change the usb socket. Ask the seller for a new one, if you bought on our Global store, pls contact Joy@blackview.hk

Did you turn off the DuraSpeed in Settings?
