Rear speaker

Hello all,
There are so many issues with this phone, but one that bugs me daily (other than starting all my apps manually, switching off my 5ghz wifi at home, not seeing any useful notifications,  having audio out fluctuate endlessly, and the damn phone wobbling whenever I try and use it on a flat surface) is that the sound from the rear speaker is now extremely tinny. It wasn't when new I don't think.
It is easy to resolve, I simply have to squeeze the phone in my fingers from front to back and it sounds really very good again... while I squeeze it. But as soon as I let the pressure go, the sound goes too. Which is inconvenient as I do often have things to do with my hands!

Has anyone come accross this and resolved it? Anyone taken the rear glass off and replaced? Any ideas? Or do I just add it to the list of unresolved 9600isms?!

Regards,
Tom.

It happened to me too, with the first BV9600 Pro that I bought.

They had to exchange it for another BV9600 Pro.

I received a call and the sound started loudly, but after 2 seconds it was low

Other times upon receiving the call, the ringtone constantly rose and fell

Also when listening to music in the Music application and listening to it through the rear speaker, the volume goes up and down all the time

The same in the YouTube application

I recommend you make use of the guarantee and have it changed.

This is another recognized bug

That's why we want updates !!!!

You may have put some piece of metal in the standard speaker, because of the magnet it brings

Change the rear glass, you can do it with a stripper and buy the rear glass on Aliexpress

But for the speaker, you are going to have to change the back, and they also sell it on Aliexpress

I have quite the same problem with the sound that varies continuously while listening to music or when I am under YouTube. My seller asks me to start resetting the smartphone and if the problem continues anyway, he will refund it or he will make an exchange.

I recommend that you change the device, even if your money is returned, change to another superior model, because this model has many failures and my feeling is of total abandonment no matter how much they say.

When they sent me the 2nd, with a box and everything without disparaging I was about to do that ...

I thought it might be an opportunity to upgrade to the bv9600pro in May 2019 and take advantage of the P70 processor and Android 9. But I do not see in the European sales sites, the 2019 version (P70). Is he already out ?

Édit:. P90 --> P70 error processor'number

I don't know, but I would go for the BV9700Pro, if I could change

From all I have read, the updated BV9600 Pro will have a P70 processor, same as the plain BV9600 and BV9500 Plus. The BV9800 will have a P90.
