New folders keep disappearing

I'm wondering if anyone else sees this problem, or it's just my launcher (Microsoft Launcher). Since the most recent firmware update, if I create a folder by dragging icons on top of each other, after I reboot the phone, the folder ends up with just the first app I created it with. Then after a few seconds, the folder disappears and I am left with the original app by itself. No folder.
Existing folders I created before the update are still there with all their original apps, but if I add new apps to the folder, after a reboot, all the new apps are gone from the folder leaving the original ones only.
