I have bought a LOT of BV phones, recently I bought a BV9600 Pro, and for less than 2 months it was a great phone, until yesterday. I had my phone in the front pocket of my pants, and when I received a call and turned the phone on, the screen was broken internally, the touch shield is intact, the phone was never dropped, I can send you proof of that with recent pictures of all the corners and sides. As I stated the phone is in mint condition, but the screen. I think your tests do not comprehend pressure on both sides, I find it extremely disturbing.

I cannot go for warranty since I bought it from Amazon and the reseller is not going to honor this, which I consider is a design flaw.

Therefore I respectfully request a new phone or in the worst case scenario, a free replacement screen. I will pay for urgent DHL shipping.
