Hi,

Just wondering if anyone face this issue.
I have no issue on this phone. But,, just get irritated that this phone reboot once in a while by itself.

if anyone has any solution.. 
please advise.

Which phone? And under what circumstances does it automatically restart?

I also experienced the same problem. This phone sometimes restarts itself. two days ago I reset it using the latest sp flash tools and latest bv9600 pro firmware. now the problem is settled. I'm not sure if this problem will arise again or not..but I expect blackview to issue a new firmware with bugs resolved.

BV9600 pro... sometimes I just leave it on my table, and a few hours later it will just reboot by itself almost every other day. It also reboot twice in a day too.. I wonder why..

Admin, please take note..even after the newest ota updates, the phone still got restarting problem. Pls fix this..

I am facing the same too after the new updates too

My phone has been doing the same thing. There is no pattern and there is no apparent reason for it either. Extremely annoying as I also use my phone as an alarm clock, which doesn't work when the phone reboots itself.
