Sorry but can someone tell me how to downgrade bv9600 pro firmware? since the latest firmware cause many problems like fingerprint unresponsive, pin/pattern 'wrong' but actually i entered the exact true pattern, sometimes phone restart automatically.

why blackview produce this great phone but very bad software quality and bad customer service.

So when you release the latest firmware upgrade? Too many bugs right now. Please fix the bugs, and upload the latest firmware.

I think the downgrade is possible but you have to go through the recovery menu unless bv blocked this possibility. My knowledge is limited in this area, it should perhaps turn to other sources more competent for this type of operation. But it is a very risky operation.

 (Процессор Р90) -MediaTek MT6779
(Процессор Р60) -MediaTek MT6771
and we have the same "MT6771_Android_scatter" in two firmware. so this may not be true
I installed android 9 on my copy that was sold with android 8.1.
I also managed to repair mobile communications for old smartphones. Right now I'm using Android 9 on my smartphone very well!
I gave a link to the manual and firmware, but it is, of course, on a Russian resource, so not everyone can understand this. it is not so easy
And once again, a rollback to Android 8.1 is possible! You just need to install it using the SP_Flash_Tool  in the "firmware / update" mode
And those who flashed the smartphone in the "Format + Download" mode, they all lost NVRAM and now  they have destroyed IMEI numbers!
Recovery is possible, but it's not as easy as it sounds! First of all, you need to roll back to android 8.1

Why are you talking about email or captcha? The only limitation of this forum is that it takes a certain number of messages before you can post and send private messages without restrictions.

Actually to download anything from the site I think you need to sign up. The sign up captcha is numeric but it's spelled in Russian and doesn't translate which makes signing up difficult. This site might help:

It still took me a long time to solve the captcha.
