microphone does not work

From this morning the microphone does not work anymore.
When I call people I can not hear but I can send voice messages with wathapp and record. Does the blackview have more than one microphone?
Is it still under warranty what can I do?

have you tried to restore to factory values? if not, use the seller's warranty
