Also, when connected to my desktop computer (Windows 10) with the USB cable, "BV6300Pro" shows in in Explorer, but no ability to create a folder, browse, anything.
Please tell me there is a cable option, not just unsecured ftp over the wifi connection...

Yes, but never to be used for charging. Can cause fires. Micro USB cables are not power rated for the current these big battery USB-C phones draw. Trying to charge a Blackview using the little adapter is like connecting a fire-hose to your home water supply and expecting the taps to withstand the higher pressure. Only use adapter for data connections.
I had a genuine Samsung charger, cable and phone...it melted and started smoking.
As for the longer pronged connecter, where can one buy the 3.5mm one...I don't see it listed anywhere, Gearbest, Ali etc. I think this phone is not ready for the public from a software perspective.

Hello, I have problem with bluetooth. I can't using stable. My car connect, but randomly disconnect. I have two headset, but unusable, because always randomly mute or disconnect. What can I do? I know no bluetooth using... Any idea?

Try going to Settings/Security & Location/Location/Scanning and turn off both Bluetooth and Wifi Scanning.

I have a problem with lag on the phone. I think it's because of the shine. While the screen is changing intensity, it moves very slowly until it stays at a certain brightness as needed by the sensor, then at that time it returns to normal.
Someone who happens something like that?

You can get a 3-pack of Blackview USB-C cables from eBay. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/183213274614. There are other sources like aliexpress. These cables have a tip that's a couple of mm longer that will work with certain rugged phones or regular phones in a case.

yesterday i bought an endoscope por mi job. I used a cutter to cut 1 milimeter of plastic. Works perfectly. With my BV6000 did the same... 0 problems

Phone is not waterproof, only took one trip to the spa to break it. My old phone the BV9000Pro works just fine in the same spa, multiple times
