I don't think they do. Before I bought the phone, I read several reviews. BlackView seemed like a respectable company. Never again I'll buy a phone outside the big named companies. You pay a little bit more but you get the needed support and after they stop supporting the device actively, at least the give you the tools to let the community support themselves.
We're getting to the point that almost it's been ONE YEAR after the last security patching, and BV9600 Pro owners who bought the phone when it was the company's flagship never got proper support and service nor we got Android 9, for example, as extensively advertised and one of the gimmicks/promises to make you buy it.
So it's pretty accurate to say that they won't patch the vulnerability. It's been a few months since I ready a Blackview_admin say that supposedly BV had a patching rollout schedule for the phones, but I never got one.
