They have lied to us. That is more than clear. Let's see how long it takes to erase this thread as they did with the other in which we complained about the same

Shame

I, personally, am very indignant. I have always trusted this brand 100%. I have always recommended it. I never had problems with my BV6000 or with the problems that the BV6000 had and how well they have solved problems, both speaker and screen, from Blackview. All without charge to the buyer, us.
But now that I own a BV9600 Pro, I see that it has changed a lot, and for the worse.

The other day I received an email stating that we could be given a discount of $ 30 to buy the new BV9600 Pro with Helio 70. Really from the Blackview company address, do you think that is the solution? There are people like me who have spent € 449, which is $ 500, on a phone that was supposed to be able to upgrade to Android 9. Now it turns out that since we took it out of its box, it has become obsolete. I don't even mention Android 10 ....

Hopefully these comments reach the right person to reverse this situation, or a very black future awaits Blackview

Forget it. BV has a bad name for its client. So you bought the problem is yours and they will encourage new customers to buy. It's the same with this forum, you can register but you won't post anything because you can't post. BV rules BV advises BV will never betray you - sarcasm

You have to post a certain number of messages before having your account fully operational.

It seems we are focusing on the wrong issue...
