I have it since 5 days. The first day he loaded the Bv9600 Pro well but it is true that it will cost him to recognize and have to lift and place a few times until the led turned red and start charging. That night he loaded it 100%.
Second night can be charged too but it will also be difficult to recognize a few times until the red led lights up. But throughout the night, I heard the sound of the phone when we connected the charger and the LED of the wireless base turn in to green color, but the phone put 70% of charge. When i go to sleep, I just placed in the charging base and it was also difficult to recognize it but after a few attempts the red lef again appeared. Not even 5 minutes have passed and the Bv9600Pro screen has just been turned on and I have looked at the wireless base and it was with the green led and without charging the phone.
I have lifted and placed the telephone in the base a few times but no led lights. I took it with my hand and it was burning. I bring it to my nose and it smells burned. Since this moment, the wireless charger is dead. Green color turn on a few times but don't charge the device and at the minute it starts to get very hot on the bottom and smell burnt.
Used charger from box of my BV9600Pro + wire from box of W1. Anyone else who has had some kind of problem? I've seen videos on youtube and the led always turns on instantly when the phone is placed in the charging cradle. And that has never happened to me

I have 2 Blackview wireless charging pads. One died after 2 weeks, and the other stops and restarts charging continuously after a couple of hours. I've given up on them and bought a couple of 10W charging stands that holds the phone upright or folds down into a pad. Those seem to be working well so far.

At the moment, my W1 charger has been running for 8 months now, no problem.
