For some reason the recent apps button (3 bars) now acts the same as the home button on my BV9600 Pro. This is the second time it has happened. The first time it was fixed by the last OTA update. So basically I have two home buttons and a back button, and no recent apps button. Yes, I know I can do a factory reset and that would probably fix it, but I don't want to waste a couple of days of my life restoring and setting everything up all over again.

Anyone had this happen to them and maybe have figured out a solution (other than reset)?

It is actually solved by the Factory Reset. The same thing happened to me. But of course, it shouldn't take that much

I want to avoid a factory reset.  As I said, I don't have a couple of days to waste setting everything up again.

I don't see how a screen recording can give Blackview any more insight into the problem than a clear description can. I press the home button or the recent button and I get the same result: I get my home screen. Since I also have double tap home button locks the phone, double tapping either button locks the phone. On top of that long pressing the home button now does nothing when it should bring up the Google Assistant,

And by trying a wipe cache in the menu recovery ?
