My phone has been doing the same thing. There is no pattern and there is no apparent reason for it either. Extremely annoying as I also use my phone as an alarm clock, which doesn't work when the phone reboots itself.

I have the same problem with my new BV9500. It reboot automatically very frequently. I had to disable the pin block of my sim card to avoid losing phone call while the sim is blocked. Apparently the frequence is related with the setting of time before going to standby when inactive. With shorter time it is more frequent. With 15 or 30 minute before standby it seems to reboot instead of going in standby. It is a little annoying. I I switch off the disply with the power off key it reboot anyway.

mine is few days old and it does the same thing but I am luckier, mine it rebooting every few minutes. Cannot install updates. Some system errors are showing up. If the system has so many bugs, I wonder if it was really tested, including waterproof testing. They advertised that you can put in the shallow water and it will not get water damage, might try this later, before shipping it back to Amazon. Never buy a phone from sellers that will not honor the phone warranty.
