Blackview do not do support, if your phone has a problem you simply lost your money!
I sent email, write on Skype e fill form but I never received answer!
I bought 360 Euro of bv9600pro and now is garbage!
The shop who sell me the phone tell me that I have to contact blackview by myself but no body answer.

I agree, Blackview is a trash and a big mistake
