Seller's warranty do not solve the problem after 4 months

I bought the bv9600 from Teknistore on 18/11/2018, the microphone stop working and I open a ticket on 12/02/2019. I pay to send the phone back in warranty, after 3 months I recived back the phone with the same problem (microphone dosent work) and in worse aesthetic condtion, no longer waterproof! The Support of Teknistore says that the problem is Blackview that dosent repair the phone.
Wath can I do? I pay more the 350,00€ for usa phone 3 months  and now is unavable since  febbruary 2019 (4 months).

- I send a email by blackview site form.

- I send an email directly to service@blackview.hk.
- I write to both skype contact.
But I have never recived answers.

Can you help me?



I hope to recive an answer from BlackView

It's very strange that I stopped working the microphone since you updated it maybe it's software

The microphone dosen't stop working after update.
Blackview What can I do ?
I send an email to service@blackview.hk 1 week ago but I do not recive answer.

Something similar has happened to me. I have sent an email to that same address explaining my case, I have not received any response.
I have also sent it to the administrator of this forum by PM, and I have not received a response either.

Very happy with the service they gave me with my BV6000 but the Blackview of 2016 was much better than the Blackview of 2019.

My current BV9600Pro, it broke the LCD without me doing anything, and I had to pay for the repair. They told me that as I had exterior blows that the warranty did not cover.

What do we do? Why do we buy phones that can withstand bumps and falls? To leave them inside the box? Do they want us to buy a phone that can withstand extreme conditions and then we can not use it so that the guarantee can cover its failures? It is a shame.

I bought 2 tempered glasses sold by them on Aliexpress, and neither of them beat well. I bought another two from another seller, and the first and well they stuck on the phone screen. They will think that I do not know how to place a tempered glass ...

I bought a W1 wireless charger on Aliexpress and on the third night, on the third use, it burned. Literally, it burned. There they sent me another one, but I bought it in gray because my BV9600Pro is gray and the one they sent me again, they sent it black ... but at least they sent it.

Now my phone's speaker sounds bad. If they call me, the ring tone sounds and after 3 seconds or so, the sound dims, then increases, then dims again and so on all the time. The same thing happens to me with YouTube, with music, with any application that has audio.

Also, I had to pay for the loudspeaker to be replaced because it had metal shavings and that was not covered by the warranty either. Then you see videos of how they weld with him, how they cut with him ... we go trick advertising.

Blackview are you laughing at us?

and already the last. When I bought my BV9600Pro, in the images they published in their ads, I said it would be updated to Android 9. Now they say no, that next month or this, the new BV9600Pro that is sold, will go with Android 9 and a new processor Helio P70. That is to say, that our BV9600Pro with Helio P60, are not going to update, because according to the engineers, due to the characteristics of the phone is complicated that can be done, and also because of the firmware. Seriously? a phone with 8 processors and 6 gigs of ram is difficult to update to Android 9 ??? Misleading advertising?


What happens now? That we have bought a phone whose Helio P60 processor is garbage?

I SUCKED IT FOR GOOD BECAUSE IT WAS BETTER THAN MY BV8000 PRO WITH P25 AND IT WOULD HAVE SUPPORT FOR ARCORE BECAUSE THE UPDATE THAT CAME OUT FOR THE BV8000 PRO WAS A TOTAL ASCO DOES NOT RECOGNIZE QUICK LOAD AND DOWNLOADED VERY QUICKLY I HOPE IMPROVED IN THESE ASPECTS BY WHICH TAKE MORE THAN A YEAR THAT WILL PULL OUT THE UPDATE OF THE BV8000PRO BUT THAT WAS DELAYED BECAUSE THEY WORKED ON THE NEW EQUIPMENT BUT IT COMES TO BE IN THE BV9600PRO IS EQUAL

the worst of all is that we are several that this has happened to us, and none have given us any response.

What does someone from Blackview expect to answer us?
