OTA 20190430v5 does not install

Hello, I downloaded updates OTA 20190430v5, after pressing "update" does not start, nothing happens

not to me. Try to factory reset...

i don't know if is possible using flash tool

Factory reset does not help, I still can not install

Solved, copy the zip file from the SD card to the phone and use local update.
