Hello, I recently purchased a BV9700 Pro smartphone, very nice, all works fine, just that the heart rate sensor didn't managed to take more than 3 measurements and in the second day of usage, it stopped responding.

After 3 weeks of usage, the fingerprint sensor stopped working and it becomes very hot even without using the phone. Also it drains the battery much faster than before.

Any known solution for these issues, without sending it in service?

It is the fingerprint that is broken that causes the fingerprint to heat up, the heart rate sensor is broken, and the battery is draining fast. The fingerprint is broken and the heat is caused to cause the battery to drain.
