Hello there, recently bought BV9800 PRO, and have issues.
1. Can't change the ringtone (it doesn't save it). Made a factory reset twice. Nothing.
2. Bluetooth range? Disconnects all the time, and it won't function in the "next room".
That's not the question, just pointing to a VERY WEAK antenna. Not bad for 400 bucks I spent.
3. Rotate display feature (auto-rotate) doesn't save the horizontal position if turned off.
Better saying it returns to vertical position when I press the button. So I can't read my books lying on one side...

Comparing to my old Samsung J4 (bought 3 years ago), I expected more from this device... Thanks...  

Any help would be very appreciated, cause I bought it for a specific project related to plants mapping, and now I am not sure if I can rely on it in the woods...
