Hello I'm Davide from Italy.
Long story short, my BV9500 PRO's display, after many drops to the ground, decided to stop working. Checked if charging was heating up the device and it is. On the screen no charging sign but red led is on. With Julia from customer service we assumed the display was broken, but when installed a new LCD does not work. Once unplugged the new display the real issue came out: the display's port on the main board is broken (the one to the right of the battery plug). Now, since mainboard is not replaceable due to the connection to the IMEI i wish to know if I have to trash the phone or if this jack is replaceable.

Thank you, I found a repair shop and if they find the connector they are able to replace it. I will mail the professional after-sale department anyway, can you tell me what informations should I give, other than my problem and phone model?
