bv9500pro does not turn on

Wed Apr 01, 2020 6:17 pm

[size=175][font=arial, sans-serif]Hello, I bought a BV9500 PRO in June 2019 and yesterday when I fell from a height of 40 cm, the screen went black. I tried to turn on the phone, but only Blackview powered by android appeared on the screen, and then did the same thing again without being able to boot, while the temperature of the phone began to rise rapidly. I connected the phone to the charger, and the charging light came on, but not the screen. I disconnected it from the charger, opened the phone and disconnected the battery to prevent it from heating up the phone even more. The heated part of the mobile is the motherboard where the processor goes. Neither the battery nor the screen were heated, only the motherboard where the processor goes. Do you know that the overheating of the mobile could be due and why it does not start? Do you think I have a fix? The mobile has suffered only 7 falls of less than 1m in height, the last one was 1 month ago and I never had any problems. It has only been submerged in water at the time of purchase to verify that the mobile was submersible, 8 months ago.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that. After checking this problem with our IT personnel, your phone has broken because The motherboard has been broken.

I also have exactly the same problem. Any word from support as to how to either:
A) fix the issue and get the phone working again,
or if (A) is not possible, then
(B) recover data from the internal memory of the phone that will not switch on, either with software (bearing in mind it will not turn on) or manually by disassembling the phone, removing the memory, and getting it to read somehow with a computer?

I have recordings on there from the early days of my new daughter's life, which I thought were backed up, but turns out were not (thanks a lot, new parent sleep deprivation). Any help with getting these back would mean a lot to me.

Thanks

Good day. I have just received a newly bought BV9500 pro. However, it is neither charging nor opening. The charging cable and adapter are both working when connected to other Type-C phone. What seems to be the issue since this is brandnew? What should be done? I am hoping for an urgent response from Blackview to resolve this. Thank you.

Hello, i had a similar problem.
I have a three months old bv6300, an it fell off a few time (always from low heights) but it always did his jobs, keeping working perfectly. Last time it fell off from my jacket pocket (60 cm height more or less) and "switched off" and i wasn't able to turn it on for all the day.
The day after, i "beated" it gently with my hand on its back and then i was able to turn it on, but after a while it suddenly turned off and, again, i was able to turn it on after beating it gently. Now it remains switched on, and everything works perfectly, but if i accidentally hit it (even, for example, "dropping it off" from 1 cm height, for example trying to put it quickly on the table) , it suddenly switches off. Somtetimes i'm immediatly able to turn it on again, and sometimes i have to "beat" it on the back.
I'm confused about what happened, especially with a phone that should be able to withstand 1.5 meters drops..
My idea is that something went wrong with the batteriy connection, maybe it moves and disconnects when the phone is slightly hitted or strongly moved..?
My question is: what am i supposed to do now? Could i rely on the warranty in this case? What do you think could have happened to the phone?
