Sound coming simultaneously from earpiece and loudspeaker

Hello. My BV9500 Pro is releasing, since some months ago, the sound from both speakers (earpiece and rear loudspeaker) while it should only come out from the rear loudspeaker. While making a regular call, there's not a problem, the earpiece works fine and the proximity sensor too. The problem is coming while listening to music or watching a video, the sound is coming from the earpiece and the loudspeaker at the same time, like as if it'd be stereo mode. I can't modify this output from the Configuration. Does anyone have a clue about it?

You can have a try to reset the sound: Go to the dial interface and dial "*#87#".

Hello. Thanks for your fast reply. Unfortunately, once I dial *#87# nothing happens, it's not taking me to any menu or action. Are you sure that's the right ussd code?
