I have downloaded the last update for bv9500 pro but it's size is only 68 MB and when i tryed to install it
the phone goes to the black screen as usual and a few seconds later i become a message says (error)
Then the phone restart without installing the update.
What is the problem with the update ?and why its too small (only 68 MB)

i have the same problem and i try with these languages:
Italiano;
English (UK)
English (US)
China (i think)
but i have also the same problem: " error " and the phone restart.

Does not work in  English (UK) either

The same happens to my phone. After the download finishes, i press update, phone reboots, shows the system update icon and bar, the bar just gets to one third, then the screen changes to the one with the little green robot that says error. I have tried to perform the update four times with the same bad result. What could I be doing wrong?

I have already changed the language from Spanish to English and proceeded to update, but the problem persists. Any other suggestion?
