i have a bv9600 pro
it is saying that it is not rooted when i do a check but all my banking aps are saying that it is rooted
any way to restore it so they will work again
i have tried reseting and formatting all data off it
but still no luck

please help

You may get that warning if the bootloader is unlocked, even if it isn't rooted. Do you get an Orange alert warning and a 5 second delay when starting? If not then the bootloader is locked and ok, and the problem lies elsewhere.

No orange alert or warnings,no delay but it seems to be a safety net problem
