non-functional touch

Hello,
Without reason the touch does not work anymore.
I put the phone back in factory configuration with no result.
It is a BV9500 pro. What are other solutions?

That's funny. Touch quits working, so the answer is to use a feature that requires touch to test an unrelated feature.

They should also read the forums so they can see firsthand our frustrations and our appreciations of the products you all produce.

Thanks for your advice, we will add a new section of customer service in our BBS soon, this part for solving user's problems.
