I currently relocated to Iraq where afternoon temperatures are up to about 55 degrees centigrades. I now the problem I am always having while using my BV9500Pro in this hot weather is that I always get an onscreen message that the Communication module has stopped working. And another one comes later stating that if has been restored.once this starts, the the phone looses its power to do data operations.
The phone is supposed to be for ruggedized operations. And this is making me not enjoy my phone again.
Please help with a fix for this ssue.. I love my phone and will like to continue enjoying it.

It looks more a software issue than an heated up communication module.
Backup your stuff and perform a factory reset following this tutorial.

When prompted, don't load any previous phone backup, just start from scratch.
It will solve the issue
