My Phone won't turn on

I have blackview bv9500pro and have been using it for a while and then it went off and won't turn on.
I've tried to contact blackview support but no response.
By any chance can I send it back for repair.

Can you please charge it for about 12 hours and then try to boot it in recovery mode as showed here?

Hello.
My phone stop running too, i have tryed to rebot as above but didnt work at all, the only thing is working is a red led light when charging. I have noticed thad when I tryied to turn off my phone, red led light dissaper for a second and back again. This is only interaction what I can get from my phone.
Could you help please?

I have the same issue ... I want a way to fix it ... When i have it on charger its only the red led and when i press the power button the red led blinking .. give me a guide to fix the power issue on mainboard

It may be a motherboard problem or a small board problem. It needs to be analyzed to find out. According to the current epidemic situation, it is more difficult to send it back for testing. Can you take it to the maintenance staff to see what the problem is? If it is a small board problem, we can send you one. When did you buy your phone？

I have similar issue, I was using the phone, and suddenly the screen turned off and it won’t come on again. When I charge it, there is only a red light that comes on.
Is there a fix for this?
I bought my phone 31st October 2018, I’m willing to pay for parts if needed.
Please, assist!

Hi there,
After two weeks at repair shop, they are telling me that the phone now does come on, but it lost it's imei thus it cannot connect to any network.
Any idea, how to reinstate?

This may be because the mainboard is broken, or it may be a small board. Take this to the repair shop to check and troubleshoot the problem before buying materials.

The phone has been returned, and they say the issue is the board (I have no idea which one of them) Can you please provide a link where I can buy both boards?
