I am having problem with the touch sensitivity is low and i cant change it
I only have the pre installed screen protector on my screen
So we want some option to increase
,And the other problems is Multi touch,
I can't use more than 2 fingers
It only work when i take a screenshot by dragging 3 fingers on the screen,
I had tried multi touch programs
And the top number of fingers was 2
But when i go to developer setting and i enable the (show finger clicks) then i can see 5 on the screen but its only 2 that really works (first two)



Touch screen software massive problem


Specially for the gamers who use the bv9500 pro device
I've been suffering
These problem since i got the phone

Can you just fix it
I didnt pay 450$ to deal with problems that can be fixed easily, just like these one
,Plus the sensitivity is a bit low
And to let you know
These problem is on all the bv9500 pro phones
Not just in my device

##Important informations before watching the video:
-The white dots is my finger taps.
-the other circles is how the phone respond to it.

I was thinking that the problem was a (GPU) problem because the screen was stuttering when i play fps games just like how the touch does in the video above (the exact same way)
We need a solution for these problem

Can anybody else confirm such issue?

I can see five distinct touches only when "Show Pointer" feature is enabled in Developer Options. Otherwise, any app installed from Play Store will register two touches but the third causes the first two to be lost.

I don't game with this device though, but otherwise can confirm the described issue.

I can confirm, i now know the reason of some touch issues i had.
PLEASE FIX IT ASAP.

Such issue has been sent to the tech team for a fix.

I don't want the update to come late when i have an old phone we need that to be done faster
I do YouTube videos and the touch is a huge problem for me
Also there is another problem
The phone sometime get frozen and i need to long click the power button to restart the phone

Still waiting for software fixes
