lock screen during a phone call

Hello,
I'm a new - enthusiast- BV9500Pro User, but I've a problem that I can't solve by myself...... during a phone call the screen remains turned on, and holding the device close to the hear there is the risk to push some soft buttons of the phone app (i.e. exclude the microphone, or digit random numbers).
Could help me to find a a solution (i.e. proximity screen lock) or a workaround ?
