Hello, We have some problems with our Bv 9500 (not pro) : Fast reboot anytime, background applications turn off by itself...(ex bluelight filter or podometer..). We have been waiting for an update that will solve these problems for a LONGTIME but now that the phones was update (april update), it's worst !.. the fingerprint unlock is not working anymore and this option is now not avaliable on the sub menu.. !?!. charging is more slow than before, the headphone mode auto switching does not work anymore too... ( NOT a hardware problem) And they old problems are stil here... What the hell is going on ?!

We are in Travel for one year and we need our phone now.

After each firmware update is highly recommended to perform a factory reset to avoid weird issue like the ones you described.
