Hello all
i have an BV9500 and i instal inside an memory card 64Go formated like an internal storage :
recently i have discovered that :
when i take a picture .save a video. take a video with my camera ..the data/media is stored in my memory card but in parallel i see that the internal storage increase.
for exemple now all my date/media is stored in my memory card but i see 9.4Go photo and picture in my internal storage. (see picture 1).
when i remove my memory card all my media/vedio/photo is gone so i'm sure that this file is really stored il my memory card.
in help i have see that we have an option to transfers data from internal to memory card ((see picture 2). when i reed the help ,this option can give me the possibility to transfer data (i don't know what's type of data) from the internal storage to my memory card(my memory is formated like an internal memory).
but the problem that when i execute this commande ,the phone start to copy 16go of data to my memory card but the internal storage don't decrease .(see picture 3).
the probleme is :that it seems i have stored the data in memory card and internal storage.

please how  i can clean this wasted memory in my phone .i hope that my request is understandable

Hi there!
Why don't you simply format the SD card as an external memory and use a camera app like Opencamera wich allows you to save pictures and videos directly on SD card?

You need to understand what "format as internal storage" means. Basically th6e SD card is encrypted to the phone and replaces your internal memory. You can't remove the SD card after that. Apps and data are stored on it and it's unreadable outside the phone. Here's a good article explaining adoptable storage. https://liliputing.com/2015/10/android-6-0-can-treat-sd-cards-as-internal-storage-at-a-cost.html
