New update doesn't work

Hi, there a new update in OTA today for my BV9500 (not pro).
But when I download and click install I see the android robot et ''error''.
And my phone reboot and ask me to do the update again...
Help please.

Hi!
I have one BV9500 (not Pro) phone.
And I have error is the system during refresh.
My current firmware version: BV_BV9500_V1.0_20181026_20181119-1437
The new wireless update version: BV_BV9500_V1.0_20190320_20190320-1435
The updating file is downloading successfully, automatical unziping OK.
Rebooting the phone, and the update is starting. But about at 20-25 percents the system updating is stopping and indicating only this failure message : "ERROR" .
The phone is starting automatically again, but the refresh is failed.
I have already tried the hard a reset, no SIM card, no memory card, but the updating is failed.
What is a problem, and when is new updating coming?
Radomised simprocess error reboot is frustrating every 1-2 days.
I hoped , that unfortunately this updating would have helped but I was deluded .

btw, update process is somewhat stupid - in case of error have to downloaded again

Hi, i have the same problem. I have try'd factory reset over the recovery but this also don't works.
The update stops witch error at araound 25% (ca. 10-15 sconds after start of update)
Please fix update!

Same issue here. Dowload works (519MB), but when updated it just says ERROR and reboots with the old version (20181026-1437).
Tried it multiple times, does not work for me.

Hi,
My name is Francesco and I have a bv9500, no pro and it's ok.
But in the last 2 days I received a possibility to download new firmware version :
Bv_bv9500_v1.0_20190320_20190320-1435
Without completed the update.
Battery over 60%
Download the firmware without a problem, but when the phone restart and try to install the new software, after less a minute the operation stopped without message or problem and restart normally, and version of firmware are the old version...
If you want ask me.any questions, I hope Tu helpful.

Same problem here. Tried several times and always starts installation but then error screen comes out soon after installation starts. Phone then restarts and again asks to do wireless update...
Current build number: BV_BV9500_V1.0_20181026
