BV9500 Pro upgraded now won't turn on

Hello,
I downloaded wireless upgrade as requested and pressed install.
Phone turned off and now will not turn on.
When I connected charger and tried to turn on the charge indicator light flashed for one minute.
Now it is in charge mode (solid red light) but still will not turn on.
Please advise.
Until installing this update I have never had a problem with the phone at all.

Hi there, can you please remove SIMs and SD cards from your phone and try again?

happen to me too
my bv9500 have oem unlocked, and failed twrp installed
then when update appear.. and installing it.. my bv9500 not turn on

but i got my phone back by flashing stock rom via SPflashtool (back to 20180629 version)
u have to install vcom usb driver and press power, vlume -, volume + together,, until vcom driver installing in your PC
then u can flash stock romĀ

Hello all,
Happened to me this morning, BlackView 9500, not pro.
New update available, downloaded, and after phone totally blocked shut down.
impossible to restart it!!!!!!!!

I need my phone back!!!!!

@Blackview Admin:
Can you please tell the procedure to follow to recover my phone?
Already removed micro SD card and SIM card, nothing happened!!!!

Can you please quickly add a solution to this matter?

Try to perform a factory reset from the recovery menu:

Thank you.

Connect it to the charger, let it charge for 4-5 hours, then try again to enter into recovery mode following the posted tutorial

Hi,
Connected to the charger for 12 hours, but nothing happen when trying to restart phone with recovery procedure.
Phone always remains OFF.
When plugged to the charger, the light on right top remains always red.

When I connect the phone to PC, it does not recognize anything, always get the message "device not recognized" on the computer.

Unfortunately it seems that your phone got bricked. No other solution except contacting your seller to have it replaced under warranty. I'm really sorry for that.

Admin can u please post, original (lastest room better) stock room, that we can download it
Just like xia***i and other vendor who put rom in their official site
Just in case this case happen,,

I brought my 9500 (non pro) overseas.. and have to find solution bymyself.. nearly imposible to claim the warranty

I only get stock rom from 3rd party site (the rom cannt detect new update)

For gideon please download lastest mtk vcom driver so ur computer can detect ur device,
My 9500 got bricked for 3 days.. then i got solutions like i post above
