BV9500 screen replacement

Hello all.. New to the forum so hopefully I wont mess up to bad.. I bought a BV9500 (Non Pro) a few months ago and the screen got broken. I ordered a replacement screen assembly from Aliexpress and it should arrive soon. Im trying to get a jump on things and read up on the proper steps to replace the screen. I have had no luck finding anything on this forum or online anywhere on how to do this. Any help would be appreciated....
