Hi there, unfortunately you'll have to contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty. There's nothing more to do.

youre in a problem which exactly the same as my problem I had that problem with nothing difference to yours 
I mean my problem was TOTALLY SAME (viewtopic.php?f=242&t=504473) never appear anything on screen, BUT there's a red led when I connect to plug 
anyway you need to ask where youre bought the item.
also could you tell me how did you get that problem? for me factory reset in android system setting was causing the same problem
