Any idea when a new ROM will be available for the BV9500 Pro? I am in charge of purchasing for our company for the IT department. We handle all new cell phone purchases. Currently, I am having a very hard time convincing management that these phones are a good buy going forward since we have a current employee who pretty much hates this phone due to the issues it has (4g switching to 3g, have to reset phone to get a PC connection, etc.). Really like the build quality so far, but the software is making this phone very hard to promote in house. Please advise.

Hello. For the PC connection I'd suggest you to enter developer mode every time you wish to connect. In the Developer Options, please, go to Select USB mode, then you may choose any USB you need (the most common is MTP, which allows you to access any media file or document inside the phone storage memory from a PC).
