Bv9500 Pro screen problem

Two days ago 2/3 of the sreen becomes gray and stripes appear on it. The phone not damaged. Click the google drive link below, there's a video about the problem. I've bought the phone via Indiegogo - order ID #149 (you will find a screenshot in the google drive folder). There is 1 year warranty on the phone. I tried to contact blackview on the company website, but it failed, I attached also a jpg. about it.
Please tell me, what can I do.

Hi there, as i can see from the video you got a bad unit.
You'll have to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty, as he's the only one who manages warranty terms.

I wrote to Kelly twice in the last 10 days, but no reply.
I wrote to Sophie, but there's a delivery problem: "550 Domain frequency limited".
I'm sorry, to disturb you with my problem, but till now, I don't know any other option.
But I want to find a solution.

The only thing I can suggest you is to open a PayPal counterversy if you paid your phone with such method.
