Fingerprint scanner not working anymore

Hello all
i have just receive my Blackview 9500 yesterday morning , 
at first in the first reboot , all seems to be working good , i already configure all my parameter , schematic security and finger print is working .
at night i have discover that Fingerprint scanner not working anymore, 
at first i have delete all my print to create new one but i have discover that the sensor not working and it not detect any print .
second manipulation : i lunch the update device ---> Fingerprint scanner not working.
third manipulation : i have doing the factory reset by the device menu -->Fingerprint scanner not working.
fourth manipulation : i have doing the manufacturer rest by using the wipe data/factory reset in recovery :[color=#444950][size=100][font=Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif]wipe data/factory reset in recovery :([/font][/size][/color]

Hi there, unfortunately there's nothing more to do except contacting your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty (and hoping you bought it from a trusted seller..).

good morning 
before i wont to contact my seller , 
at first we must be sure that is an hardware issue ,
i wont to tell you that yesterday i decrypted the phone , fingerprints is working for a will and again is stoped .
today i have another problem with playstore that is in boucle waiting for downloading without starting download .
is't an problem in the android system injected in the phone ?, maybe some bug is happen when the operator inject the firmware in the phone By the functional test machine in the factory ? 
if yes how we can re-inject an android with the blackview user ?

Hi there, such issue is an HARDWARE fault. Please contact your seller to have your device replaced/repaired under warranty.
