I've tried using the contact page on the Blackview site but it just says mail not sent.
I purchased a new BV9500Pro on the 29-11-18.
I unfortunately dropped it from a height of 1.1m (my pocket) on to a wooden floor. It looks to be completely intact but no-longer works. For a while the screen seemed to have a black back-lit glow to it when the button was pressed but that stopped after a day or 2 (I assumed the battery went flat) and it doesn't seem to take a charge.
Can you help please.
