Phone won't charge since new update

Hello, so my Blackview bv9500pro already had weird problems since I buyed it, it would turn off after I unplug the charger or randomly 30min after charge and at unboxing he didn't even want to charge or turn on but I don't know how after trying so much stuff it worked.
And now since your new wireless update my phone turned off overnight (no more battery) and when I try to charge it keeps on 0% I have already checked the amperes coming though and there was none, I have tried to let the phone charge while being switched off but still kept on 0%... Please help and don't tell me to get it back to where I buyed it because I don't think it is still possible...

Hi there!
From what you write it really looks like you got a faulty unit, unfortunately. Contacting your seller to have it replaced under warranty is the only thing you can actually do, as the seller is the only one who can manage warranty terms (and refunds).
