Hello Blackview community. So I stumbled upon a problem when trying to make phone calls. My screen goes black and can't seem to make a selection to save or delete voicemails etc. Any help?

Hi there. This is normal. When calling and putting your phone on your hear, the proximity sensor gets triggered and it switches off your phone display to avoid unexpected touches on the screen.

Screen does switch off, but for some reason won't switch back on.

Can you please perform a factory reset to let me rule out if such issue is hardware or software related?

You may need to recalibrate your proximity sensor if the problem isn't fixed after a factory reset.
