Hello, i had my blackview 9500 pro since November of 2018, and i was delighted, 
but today suddenly my phone began to be very hot and i was afraid about could light in fire, 
it didn´t burn, but it turned off and now it doesn´t turn on neither i can charge it, nothing, it´s died...

I don´t know what can i do, i am disappointment, i thought i would have phone for a long time...

It really looks like a bad hardware fault. They only thing left to do is to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty. Bad units may happen in every phone brand. You just got unlucky
